Home/Office Tech First Visit Special $169 (covers first 90 minutes)
$125/hr in Grass Valley, Nevada City & Auburn
Additional time billed in 15 minute (1/4 hour) increments.
One Hour minimum for on-site business support.
Most common first visit: 2–3 hours (diagnose + fix + stabilize).
Veteran/Military, Educator & Senior Discounts!
Outside core area
Service available across Nevada/Placer/Sacramento/Yuba/Sutter counties; additional travel/time will apply depending on location. Will be quoted before scheduling appointment.
Remote support
Remote support is available for select issues when appropriate; most clients start with on-site support and add remote help later as need.

Commitment: Retainer plans require a 3-month minimum term. After the initial 3 months, plans continue month-to-month and can be canceled with 30 days’ notice.
How rollover works: Unused included hours may roll over for up to 1 month. Rolled-over hours must be used the following month or they expire. To keep things simple, rollover is capped at one month of your plan hours.
